Sure, you can always talk to me. Just fill in the contact form or send me a direct email to letters@dontcallhermimi.com. I will answer you as soon as I can, that’s a promise!

How does the payment and shipping process work if I buy a piece of art from your website?

As soon as you have sent me a message saying that you would like to buy some of my work, I will send you an invoice form. When you transfer the money into my account, I will send you the piece of your choice by post.

This will happen once I have received your payment. And then it’s time for you to enjoy it! The shipping costs are yours. I will add this amount on your invoice form and this also needs to be paid in advance.

Can I return something once I have bought it?

No, this is not possible. Once you’ve bought it, it’s yours to keep!
